February 18th,Jining has become particularly clear and fresh after a spring snow,the ceremony of the second generation amphibious ice borken car which developed and produced by wolwa group was held successfuly.  
The original Inner Mongolia Standing Committee、military commander Mr Huang;Office director of Ministry of Public Security Science and technology information bureau Emergency project management office Mr Wang; Senior engineer of 27 army in Beijing Military Region Mr Yang;
Jining national high and new technology development zone vice secretary deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee 、Deputy director of the CMC Mr Ren;Deputy President of shandong university Mr zhu;professer of shandong university Mr Liu;Section chief of Jining economy and information committee Mr Hao; Presdent of our company Mr Yang and other related leaders guests attended the ceremony. 
Presdent Yang said in his speech,wolwa group undertake the "12th five year" national technology support plan and national public safe "emergency equipment key technology research and  equipment research and produce" project,the second generation amphibious ice broken car which cooperated with shandong university was produced successfuly,will be send to Baotou section of Huang river in Inner  Mongolia for the exercise of ice broken.By participating in the project,further enhance the research and  development level and technical strength of wolwa group,  Further enhance the development level of the volwa group and technical strength,consolidate the development base of company.Wolwa group  will catch the chance ,adjust the industry structure,develop technology improve project, accelerate the construction  of "Shandong university--wolwa group high-tech information industry park".Change the technology achievements into economic and social effect benifits,make new and greater contribution for our nation defense and the economic development of Jining。 

Commander Huang speak highly of the success of amphibious ice broken car which researched and produced by wolwa group in his speech.At the same time,he pointed that there will be the ice flood disaster in Huang river and Songhua river every year.In the past ,we depend on passive emergency and ice prevention strategies include aircraft bombing 、 heavy artillery bombardment  and so on.The application of amphibious ice broken car will offer effectve method for implement the active ice prevention work.  

Commander Huang,Office director Mr wang ,Engineer Mr Yang,dutpy secretary Yan and other leaders  cuted the ribbon at the amphibious ice broken car ceremony ,and looked over the other three equipments which will be send to Inner Mongolia for exercise,rave about the beautiful apperance ,flexible operation ,exactly and effective work performance of the cars. 
The "12th Five-Year" national technical support plan and national public security "emergency equipment key technology research and  equipment research and produce" project was started in August 2012.The following year in March,the first generation amphibious ice broken car was completed in wolwa group,and have a successfully exercise at the Baotou section of Huang river in Inner Mangolia,December in the same year,an expert group which comes from national technology ministry,ministry of public security and other important ministries checked and accepted the research topic of the ice broken car . 
The second generation ice broken car is based on the first generation and made further optimize improvement which include water surface ice broken car and ice surface ice broken car.Water surface ice broken car Mainly used for unchoke the passageway where ice disaster may formed, break the big ice blocks into pieces through the wave that created by the machine.Ice surface ice broken car is mainly used for cutting the ice flood passageway by high frequency vibration  and move to ice jam ice dam to drill apertures for puting bomb,eliminate ice jam ice dam.
