For the products you buy from Wolwa group, you will get free one year maintenance service from the designated maintenance department in the normal use(from purchase invoice date). If there is really problem with our company product quality, all expenses is for our company account.

Provide Lifelong maintenance

Since the date you buy our products (from purchase invoice date), the company provide life-long maintenance service for you. For product quality problems caused by the user(or beyond warranty) there's a charge for the company, but not higher than the cost of the total (or production cost).
