Thousands of galloping steeds ring out the old year and the sheep’s greetings ring in the new year.With the waving colorful flags ,hanging balloons,deafening sound of gongs and drums and continuing applause,the grand agent annual meeting of Shandong Wolwa Construction Machinery Co,Ltd was held in  Shangdu International Convention Center in Jining which is well known as  the hometown of Confucius and Mencius and the state of ceremonies. On this day, totally about one hundred persons, including above thirty agents and middle and high ranking leaders from all the relative companies in our group attended got together. They concluded the past and looked to the future, talking together about the development plan of Wolwa.

The meeting was formally held at nine o’clock conducted by the Group vice president, Mr.Li Xiaodong.On the meeting,firstly, the group chairman of Wolwa Group, Mr.Yang Shenwei made his greeting speech by appreciating the support of all the agents around our country. With the powerful support of our vast agents and the joint effort of our whole leaders and staffs, our company had achieved spectacular development achievements. Later,the chairman of the Wolwa construction company,Mr.Wang Sihong,delivered a work report and shared the company annual work operating situations, work points and develop thinking, making sure the responsibility relationships with the agents and emphasizing the ambitious target of achieving a win-win cooperation and making profits in the year of 2015.These not only guide the way for the agents but also widened their developing road,what’s  more, reinforced their confidence. Then, the chairman of the marketing company, Mr.Shi Guanghai, concluded the work of the past year and made plan for the new year. On the base of analyzing the recent economy situation,he talked together with the present national agents about how to help with each other achieve together, financing,renting and other topics that were highly noticed by national agents.He also shared more innovations and transformations including the totally new organizational structure, the multi-channel market operation mode,more perfect after sale services,more sophisticated accessories and other all-round experiences and policy guidance. All of these had gave the agents great confidence and encouragements and were highly accepted by them with continuing applause. After that, the electronic commerce minister, Feng Lianzhu, stated that the traditional agents should march toward the road of electricity marketing model which is the road of success to work hand in hand with each other to achieve bright achievement under the theme “assisting enterprise marketing and creating electricity market together”.In the time that the whole machinery industry’s development was trapped into a slump times, the manager of technology department, Chang yantai, pointed out that technical improvement and products optimization and promotion are the only way that can help our company achieve the leading position in the wheel excavator market.And Mr.Changyantai also made a speech for his idea.

Besides,the meeting also awarded the prize of excellent agents,best service, best honest agents, the prize for highest market share and the sales champion, and other collective awards and individual awards and they also took photos.The representatives of the winner also shared their successful experiences with all the agents and achieved their admiration.

In the afternoon, all of the manufacturers communicate with each other, they learned and accepted suggestions and products improvement plans. Every agent had learned a lot of practical experiences from the communications.And then, all of the people present visited the producttion base of Wolwa company. The factory was spacious, the workshop was clean,the production was ordered, the management of the looking board was clear, and all of these were highly praised by all of the visitors.

At night, in order to appreciate the wise and hard works our vast dealer friends had made in the past one year, we specially prepared a grand banquet themed as “set sail your dream and make progress together”. They sung and danced together with happiness and harmony. And this agent annual meeting was successfully concluded.
Because of this meeting our vast agents had made clear the future strategic planning of Wolwa Group, reinforced their confidence for achieving the stronger and bigger, and at the same time , the thinking of our agents in the fist line market was better understood by us. All of these made us plan ahead, keep going, and innovate practically so that we can march toward the 2015 market forwardly with the more specialized products’ creativity and the diversified marketing channels expanding power.
